So that’s like 38k USD
You can get a base model STI, or a fully loaded, manual if you want it, VW Alltrack, I would also have to consider a Mustang GT.
Sadly I don’t think there is a single manual, RWD 4 door you can get in that price range. A base model ATS 2.0T is almost in there at 39.

A loaded, top-spec STI is just under $50k CAD, without taxes.
The base STI is at $40,195 CAD (~$30,188 US) in Canada, in the U.S. it starts at $36,595 US (~$48,725 CAD), but equipment levels might not be comparable (often we get less equipment in a base model).
